ই দশক আগে নিটোরে অর্থোপেডিক প্রশিক্ষণ শুরু। এরপর কাজ সীমিত হয়েছে একটি বিষয়ে — মেরুদণ্ড, এবং ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত একটি মেরুদণ্ডকে আবার দাঁড় করাতে যা লাগে। ছয়টি ডিগ্রি, আটটি আন্তর্জাতিক ফেলোশিপ, এবং এমন সব অস্ত্রোপচার যা এ অঞ্চলের বেশিরভাগ কেন্দ্র করে না।
প্রশিক্ষণ হয়েছে দিল্লি, বার্মিংহাম, কোয়েম্বাটুর, সাপ্পোরো, সিঙ্গাপুর, সিউল, শেনজেন, ডেনভার, টরন্টো ও নিউইয়র্কে। চিকিৎসা হয় ঢাকায়।
